How long does a full renovation take? Realistic timelines

· 4 min read

One of the first questions when renovating is how long the work will last. Here are realistic timelines and the keys to meeting them.

Indicative timelines

  • Full bathroom: 10–15 working days.
  • Turnkey kitchen: 10–20 days.
  • 60-90 m² flat (full renovation): 6–10 weeks.
  • Large home or layout changes: 10–14 weeks.

These depend on scope, permits and material availability.

The phases of a full renovation

  1. Technical visit & project — measuring, materials and schedule.
  2. Demolition & build — masonry, plumbing and electrics.
  3. Finishes — tiling, painting, joinery and assembly.
  4. Handover — final check, cleaning and guarantee.

How to avoid delays

Most delays come from changes mid-project and materials not arriving on time. That’s why we lock materials and schedule before starting and coordinate every trade from a single point of contact. So the committed timeline is met on the vast majority of projects.
