What data we collect and why

When you fill in the quote form we collect the data you provide: name, phone, email, area and your project details (renovation type, square metres and finish level). We use it solely to contact you, prepare your quote and follow up on your request.

If you use the website chat, we handle the conversation and the contact details you provide in order to assist you.

If you accept analytics and advertising cookies, we also collect browsing data (cookie identifiers, IP address, device type and pages visited) through Google and Meta, in order to measure site traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.

Legal basis

Processing of the form data is based on your explicit consent, given by ticking the acceptance box before submitting, and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Processing through analytics and advertising cookies is based solely on your consent, given by clicking «Accept all» in the cookie notice, which you can withdraw at any time.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a relationship is formalized, for the applicable legal periods. It is then securely deleted. Cookie-related data is kept according to each provider's periods and until you withdraw consent.

Recipients

We do not sell or share your data. To provide the service we rely on providers acting as data processors under the guarantees required by law: the hosting and email provider, the form management service (Web3Forms) and the support chat (LeadConnector/GoHighLevel).

In addition, only if you accept the relevant cookies, Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) are involved for measurement and advertising. We will only disclose your data to other third parties where legally required.

International transfers

Some of our providers, in particular Google and Meta, may process data outside the European Economic Area (mainly in the USA). These transfers rely on adequate safeguards, such as those providers' adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@reformasmopri.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.
